After some serious stuff, including fitness, shadow Uchi-komi and pairs resistance band work, the Friday night juniors tried 4-way Uchi-komi.
The results might not have been perfect or particularly elegant, but the laughing was infectious and that is just as joyous for the club after the trials of 2020.

Well done and thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the final session of the current block of outdoor seasions ๐Ÿ‘

Really impressed with how hard you worked through what was a pretty strenuous 30min bodyweight circuit. Particularly a mention to the u10s, for lots of focus and effort with some exercises that we haven't done before. ๐Ÿ‘

Unfortunately we forgot to take any photos, so please believe us when we tell you they all ๐Ÿคœsmashed it!๐Ÿค›

And we got done before the rain came, which was definitely an added bonus!

As the weather is getting more unpredictable and people have other clubs restarting we are going to take a couple of weeks off whilst we review what we do with Saturdays whilst we wait for competitions and courses to restart... Keep an eye open for the next update.
