This weekend the club is hosting a BJC Jane Bridge Enhancing Skills course.

✨ During the course, on Sunday morning from 10am-1pm, there is an opportunity for Juniors (age 10+) and Seniors, minimum grade of 5th Kyu (Yellow belt), to come and take part in a randori session with a difference. ✨

Those attending will be helping with demonstrations aimed at helping course participants understand about different styles of randori training.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a session with a fantastic coach, and get some extra training before the upcoming Area and Club gradings.

[Note: The main 2-day course is for Seniors and advanced juniors, minimum grade 3rd Kyu (green belt).]

✨ Busy day for some of the coaches and helpers who took part in Oakwood Primary School's "Olympics" where pupils are able to try a range of different sports. ✨

Huge thanks to Zoli & Jad for leading the sessions, to Vince, Andrew, Bill, Brenden, Sarah, Rowan and Jacob for helping out, and Jen for making sure jackets, belts, flyers etc were ready.
Special thanks also to Stephen who came just to help move mats 😀
